Role Simulation Tests give you an opportunity to try out a candidate before they are hired, or before an existing employee is transferred or promoted to a new position.
Simulation participants will be required to perform a variety of role-related tasks and they will be measured on their effectiveness. You will then be able to rule out unqualified candidates and choose the candidates that rank the highest. Simulations are available in the areas of Banking, Call Center and Retail.
